I'm loving this area. Elder Ganta and I are doing some seriously good work here. The ward is very loving, I'm truly grateful to have them on our side. Didn't get to say much about the area last week because I didn't really know much about it. So.....
We just gave someone a baptismal date :) Elder Ganta and Elder DeBry have been working with Matt for about three months now. He's had all the lessons, but just didn't feel ready to be baptised. He's such a star, though :) He bikes from Witney to Oxford every Sunday to get to church! Pretty much, we're really good friends with him, and because of that we are able to teach him with sincere and powerful love. So, with faith, he'll be baptised December 14th. I really can't wait to see him step into those waters in white. It's going to bless his life so much.
Got to go to Reading for a Zone District meeting. That was cool. I actually already know the Zone Leaders here because I got to come here for that digital presentation a while ago. Can you believe at the end of this transfer I will have been here for a quarter of my mission? That is so sad, I feel as if I haven't done enough yet.
I love England so much. It's going to be hard for me to leave this place.

We've been hitting the streets a lot lately, and picking up a lot of new investigators. After working out the kinks in our teaching and relationship, Elder Ganta and I have become well oiled machines :) We're getting better every day.
A few of the people that we are teaching:- Alfred: Really cool muslim guy. That's always hard, because if he decides to be baptised, he can never return to his home country. We literally have to get special permission to even teach him; it's just too dangerous. I hope that he is able to stay, because he has a great family and is very willing to search and listen.
Isaac: He would only let missionaries over who "knew that the Book of Mormon was true, with their whole heart." That's what he said :) Luckily, the digital zone made that one quite sure for me, so we are meeting with him this week. He's a great guy, and he's looking for the truth. Not just a truth, the truth.
We're really achieving our goals out here. I'm actually quite happy to have so much time to dedicate to an area; it allows me to care that much more about the people that we meet. This really is a work of love :)

So, I'm considering compiling a book of people's reactions to us talking to them :) Haha, we get some really funny stuff. Some people are just surprised that we would even say "good morning." Others are literally so disgusted that we would talk to them, about religion no less, that they are at the point of gagging. Ha :) That's kind of ridiculous. I had someone tell me to get lost before I even got to say a word :) I guess our tags really work!
We've also met some of the most amazing and kind people ever. Even some people who don't believe in God, we have great and loving conversations with. Missionary work allows you to see the gall of bitterness as well as the pinnacle of joy. Without the first, you wouldn't recognize the second anyway (2 Nephi 2). It's incredible, and I love it more than anything I've ever had the privilege of doing.
Thanks for all of your support,We can feel your prayers and fasting.
Cheers, Elder Foster
