Hey Mom,
It's transfer's week, and I only have a moment to answer questions and talk about that past two weeks (sorry about last week, it was a crazy Monday, and we ended up using most of our P-day to do some service for our Bishop, who is moving in one week!).
Answers:
1 - I have not received a package [This package was officially declared lost by FedEx this last week. Sad.] I don't really know what else to do either, except wait. That seems like a long time for it to not have arrived. Keep checking, and keep me updated, and I'll keep an eye on my email during the week as we do progress records and digital work.
2 - I have not gone to an orthodontist yet. I'm sorry, it's so hard to find time. We've got it planned for transfer day if we aren't moving...but if one of us is, we'll be traveling all day. Yes they have orthodontists in England ;)
3 - Birthday...ugh, I don't know. I'm so bad at asking for things. There is something I was thinking about the other day, though: pictures. The only pictures I have of the family, really, is the framed one and the ones that came in that photo album "since you've been gone" (which, by the way, every companion that I've had begins singing the popular song (the band ich is blocked to me by the missionary-veil), when they see that). If you have any hymns in guitar tablature, that would be nice. I'm pretty deprived of sheet music ;) I can't really think of anything else.
Happy Birthday! :) I love you! If there was Tesco in the States, I would order a cake and send it to you. Or maybe some sticky toffy pudding.
Get better. I'll hopefully tell you this Wednesday how the area is doing. We found a family from the Caribbean the other day and they are progressing really well :) Also, my Chinese is getting better by the lesson with Suling, and she is doing so well at church and in class. She cooks for us every week as well :)
Well, I wish that I had more time. I'll let you know where I am on Wednesday, as we still haven't gotten moves calls.
Cheers,
Elder Foster
