I'm finally off! Headed to Maidenhead, in the Staines Stake. It's going to be amazing :) I'll be serving with an Elder from Belgium!
Anyways, I just wanted to give you a quick update on where I was going. I am assuming I won't have too much time on Wednesday to email, so this may be the only thing you get from me during the week. I hope that all is well back home.
I'm sincerely going to miss this area. I have come to love the ward and the people so much. It's truly been a blessing being here and I know that the Lord wanted me here. It's hard to go where the Lord wants you to go when it takes you away from people that you love so much. It's like leaving home again, ha :)
But one thing I do know: we are put where we are for a reason, and the true blessing is when God allows you to know what that reason is. There were quite a few things that we were able to accomplish here in Oxford that I know the Lord wanted us to. The privilege of seeing those accomplishments brings indescribable joy :) I'm sure there are a million other fruits of our labour that I haven't seen as well.
I have got to run.
Love you all,
Elder Foster
