So this week a whole bunch of changes happened regarding missionaries schedules and such... so that's super awesome. We drove a ways to Estero this week to watch a world wide missionary broadcast and found out that morning schedules and P-day schedules are changing around. So our P-days are longer now and we have more agency in how we spend our mornings. The KI's (Key Indicators for conversion) are changing too, which means new planners, updated Preach my Gospel, Progress Records, Teaching Records and Accounting and...well... everything. So the changes are pretty dang huge here! My life changed all of a sudden, which is exciting and new. A whole bunch is going to change, especially being in leadership. It is really going to change what we stress and what we want people to focus on now. This week we are heading across the state to the east coast to go to a zone conference with the northern zones where we are going to implement all the changes announced by the brethren and do a Q and A regarding it all. We have just been waiting and waiting for the changes finally to be implemented in our work.
This week has been super awesome! We have found some amazing people and are helping a bunch of people progress. This ward is amazing and is really on top of doing missionary work, which helps a ton. Everything is going well on this side of the country. Our zone isn't doing the best right now, but we are holding our own. Hopefully we can get some morale boosted to help everyone else get excited too.
That's what this week has been like. Lots of adventures and freezing weather. It was 50 yesterday.... I could see my breath.... it was insane. I thought I was going to freeze to death. You all think that's warm but NOPE. Being in Florida this long makes that feel like -20. Lots of wearing sweaters this week.
Also there is a member of the ward I saw the first day and he looked just like Tad Fullmer and I knew he would be my favorite and he is EXACTLY like Tad hahaha. He is so funny and loves all the same stuff... so we geeked out together and are super awesome friends now haha. I just thought I would bring that up cuz it was funny.

So last friday was my one year mark on the mission which is crazy. It's weird to think about it that way so I am gonna just keep that locked away for ever haha.
Other than that this week has been pretty good. We found a family of seven that we are working with now which is super cool. They are so nice. The dad is from Mexico and the mom is from Puerto Rico and they have been taught before by missionaries so we are hoping this time around will be their time to make it all the way! They couldn't come to church this weekend, but will be there next weekend... so I'm super excited for that. Along side that we had two progressing investigators come to church who should be getting baptized really soon here.
OOOO! My first recent convert from forever ago was able to baptize his brother this last weekend!!! I just found that out and I am sooo excited for him!! He is also preparing to go through the temple in a month or so here which means Elder Adams and I can go through with him!! It's been a week of super good news! Man, I can't contain myself haha.
We also have some other people we are trying to get married soon so we can get them baptized. We have become some pretty legit wedding planners!!! They are excited to get married, so hopefully this will all work out for them. They are my favorite people!
Other than that, not much has happened. It's been a really good week though.
