This week was pretty weird. Transfers were good and we've just been settling in the last little bit. We are living with 4 elders in the same apartment now, which is crazy and hectic a lot of the time, but it is fun. Since Elder Adams became District Leader (DL) we just have to keep in touch with our District, which isn't too bad considering half of our district lives in our house and the other half live together in another house. It makes it easy to get the word around about things happening within our District. Finding has been priority the last little bit because we still aren't teaching very many people. We found an awesome girl and her boyfriend the other day (A and J) and they are super awesome, way intelligent, and super cute together. They loved church yesterday. The one issue is they aren't married. Sad. But that's okay, we will get them there eventually hah. R and C are doing great. They couldn't come to church this week though, so we pushed Catherine's baptism date back a ways. It is getting flipping hot here...all day every day. It says its eighty but usually feels like upper nineties. Now that Elder Adams is DL we drive more, which is nice hah. Every once and a while my allergies get bad but its not very consistent, which is a good thing. This P-Day we are doing a multi zone showdown at a chapel nearby which will consist of Volleyball and smash face and soccer. We just got a new sister in our district who played Volleyball in high school and I'm stoked to play with her :D.
Studies are going great. I read about an hour in the Book of Mormon every day and about an hour in Jesus the Christ... which is super good. I am learning a lot from that book (although the language in it confuses me even more than the bible language hah). But that's okay...I am learning so much about Christ from it. I am indeed keeping a journal every night. Hard to find time, but I do it which I am proud of (its probably not exciting at all but I do keep one ;P) I just finished reading the Book of Mormon cover to cover for the second time. I am learning a lot and it has really helped me to grow too.
Other than that, we had an awesome experience Sunday. T [most recent convert] was asked to share just a short thought on his testimony and his feelings about being baptized. He threw down so hard about how this church is true and how we need to be spreading the gospel to everybody on the earth so they can feel the comfort that it brings too. It was super awesome! We have decided that he is going to be the prophet some day :D haha. He is really the best and is so strong in the church now. He goes every Sunday and goes to activities and everything. He is amazing :)
Love you all and hope everything is going well for you.
